My husband and I stayed Christmas week and the Room service was on point.. they came everyday to tidy and restock.. hotel is in close proximity to everything. Highly recommend

The Lucerne Hotel
Clean rooms, excellent location, great for touring the city, close to the subway, easy access to Times Square, World Trade Center, Broadway etc. Friendly staff, helpful. Nice Martin Restaurant is great.
