Our stay here was great. The staff was amazing both the hotel and pool staff. Great food selections. Indoor water park was awesome, our kids loved it. The rooms were fantastic clean, spacious, updated, very well put together. Highly recommend this place for families, we will be back.

Clean room, friendly staff but towels were not stocked either night of our stay and there was no soap. The place smelled like weed in the parking lot, entrance, elevators and hallway. And one elevator was not usable.

It was just too loud on the first floor fairly close to the main lobby. It echoed when the employees would speak and then all the kids screaming out there super early
