Loved this hotel! Very clean and staff as friendly. I booked the King Suite through Expedia but the gave me a deluxe double when I checked in. They said the reservation didn’t come through as a King suite but quickly fixed the issue and gave me the King Suite.

The hotel was perfect. From the moment we stepped through the doors, until we checked out. Check in was fast and efficient, we received an upgrade free of charge. The suite was spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom had a spa tub. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommend The Wilshire Grand Hotel.

I don’t think they really didn’t have a room for us even for a 30 minute early check in, they just don’t want to do early check ins. When we called few days prior to check in, no one would answer the phone.

The staff were amazing. So friendly couldn’t do enough to help. Every time we entered the hotel we were given a cheery welcome. No bar on site or restaurant although breakfast every morning is available, which I didn’t have so can’t review. Did see eggs sausage toast etc. coffee in lobby available all day which was nice.

This property claims to be a high end experience. We found it dated and didn’t smell very inviting. Resembles a senior living facility more than a luxury accommodation. It was a convenient location for our needs but would not stay here again. Staff wasn’t particularly welcoming either

I have VIP at this hotel but the receptionist is always unaware of it and I have to convince them I get a room upgrade and one drink per guest. It's getting frustrating especially checking in late after a flight.
