Everyone on reception was very helpful and friendly. My cabin was very clean and looked newly decorated. It was very quiet especially at night. The showers and loos were very clean. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutles across the water (great views from the bridge) to San Remo which has a supermarket. The bus stop is right next to the holiday park. This is a great place to stay and so relaxing. Thanks Ingenia Phillip Island!

This was an overnight stay after penguin parade as I did not want to drive straight back to Melbourne. The hotel-apartment was clean and right next to the harbour front / beach. Instructions on how to get into the apartment and where the key was were sent ahead of arrival and as described. As I arrived and left outwith the front desk’s opening hours, I did not have actual in person interaction with the team. Email communications were very clear. Will stay again if I am in Philip Island.

Hotel is beautiful - views across the vineyards from infinity pool are stunning. Rooms are very well appointed, great bathrooms and free minibar a nice touch.
However - only negative point - the service was *excellent* by the staff - I cannot fault the effort by the people working there ... BUT - they felt understaffed across hotel. 1 poor guy/girl working pool service for 16-20 people on beds. 1-2 boys or girls on front desk with no porters to help luggage so they have to do that. Warm welcome and a quick check in. Everything was explained helpfully.
The chalet was big enough and clean and comfortable. The basic catering amenities were good. Nice bathroom.
Parking outside the chalet with the beach 200m away. Nice and quiet.
Highly recommend.

Holiday rentals offer amenities such as patios, hot tubs and fire pits so you'll feel just like you're staying in your own home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can provide a sense of security away from shared hotel lifts and lobbies bustling with people while still allowing you the excitement and enjoyment of travel. You'll also get more space in a holiday rental than in a traditional hotel, which makes a holiday rental an attractive choice for a family getaway.
