"Stayed for 2 nights for sabbath concert, check in pretty easy, room was nice, bed was comfy, thick pillows (maybe a little too thick but not an issue). Very close to bescot train station only a few min walk. We had food on first evening pizzas pricey but really nice. I ordered an 8inch, they ran out but rather than saying I couldn’t have it they sent out a 12inch for no extra charge which was good! Chips were horrible though. "Overall I would rate this stay excellent. The room and view was lovely. Super clean and appeared to be newly redecorated. My only complaint would be that the following morning our exit from the floor our room on was blocked. Both stairs and lift with no direction on how to get out. Had their been a fire goodness only knows if we’d have had time to find an alternative way out in time. "

"Amazing experience, but the bed was very uncomfortable so both of us had poor sleep and woke up in pain. Otherwise can’t fault the place. Staff very friendly and plenty of drink options at the bar. "
