I only stayed here for 1 night but it was really nice. I was sad I couldn't stay longer and use the facilities! It's fresh and modern, the club rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything you want in a hotel!

Outstanding Village hotel experience

Great stay at Village hotel. The staff were friendly, kind and went above and beyond from the gym reception to the main reception, the bar, restaurant and conference room. Every person was so natural, pleasant and happy to assist - the team created a stand out experience and nothing was too much trouble! THANK YOU!

This is our second visit to this hotel, las being a year ago. Facilities are still great, but the cleanliness has dropped a bit. Room was as expected, but there was a thick layer of dust along the top of the boards through the hallways. We had an issue with breakfast- repurchased in advance using a special code, but a staff member tried to charge for the balance. Manager was able to sort out and gave us free mains and a bottle of wine at dinner as compensation. Still don’t like the smoking literally outside the main door, but overall well situated for the M6 and great facilities.

The hotel had comfy beds and a decent breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The one down side was the rave music that was blasting out from what I assume was the gym downstairs at about 9am.

Ok but should say when things aren’t working

Staff helpful and friendly, disappointing that the sauna and steam room were out of action. For some time too judging by the sauna having been ripped out. Shame as this was a key point for booking the hotel for our stay
