The room was nice, clean, modern. However…No buffet breakfast. Desk Phone didn’t work in my room. No ice machine on the 8th floor. One hour later (12pm) check out was an extra charge. No bellhop. Not many restaurants in walking distance. Disappointed.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton Convention Center
Stay was good. Clean room and very nice staff. However, parking was hard to find and paying for parking after the price of the hotel was a tough pill to swallow. Should be included. There was also a bunch of teenagers throwing a hotel party so it was pretty loud outside.

We were happy to be able to check in early. The walls are very thin. The neighbor and room was very loud. Budget Inn Norfolk Va
They charged an extra $4 beyond the Expedia site quoted pay-at-hotel $8 additional fee . So the extra fee at the hotel is actually $12, not $8. False advertising!
