"The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. "Arrived and checked in. Was given a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. Trash everywhere, beds pulled apart, dirty towels on the floor. Went back to the front desk and was given a new room. "Please avoid this property at all costs. There were mouse droppings in the room. The cleaning staff did not clean the room when requested. The hotel does not ahve enough linen for all the rooms. Also the hotel does not have enough Towels as well. I came back to my room one afternoon and found that the hand towels were missing.
