Newport Harbor Island Resort
The rooms were clean and staff were pleasant. Not everyone uses the stairs, however I do. The stairs had dust balls that must have been accumulating for quite a long time. The door knobs were broken and difficult to open. Those areas should be more focused.

Front desk staff was professional and accommodating. Great central location with easy walk to everything Newport has to offer. Parking included with room but only till 12:00 pm on departure day. Room was "tired" and desperately needs updating, small bathroom, no bellmen working. Room rate was low ...
