"Arrived at 1:25pm - Room was ready but the receptionist wouldn’t allow me to access the room until precisely 2:00pm unless they extorted $25 out of me. I waited in the public cafe area staring at the clock until 1:59pm - only then was I allowed to be issued with a keycard. I wouldn’t stay there again - Pretty poor way to treat your guests and lacks any level of customer service. "
