Dopo aver spiegato che avevamo prenotato on-line, ci è stata consegnata una stanza: non appena siamo entrate, abbiamo notato che non era stata pulita; cicche di sigarette sul pavimento, lavandino non accuratamente pulito, diversi insetti sulle lenzuola e bagno molto sporco. "Rabi Hotel did not received or found reservation and denied check in, even I shared confirmed and paid reservation with reception. Need to make alternative arrangements. Do not go or book there, unreliable people and the worst thing is that expedia covers them up."
