The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. "I imagine that the place was really lovely when it first opened but a lack of maintenance, upkeep and proper cleaning has left it rather grimy and run down. The staff were friendly and helpful but a bit unorganized and spoke no English. They did upgrade our room free of charge because our original room we booked was apparently not good."
