"For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

"我住四晚，房內無電話，隔天打手機給櫃檯說要整理房間，櫃檯說退房才會整理，也就是說住四晚，我必須自己去跟櫃檯拿毛巾和牙刷，垃圾要自己清理，且其中兩天沒熱水，熱水修理一天才處理好，我好後悔一次刷卡付款四晚，要退房無法退款，住一晚就該換訂其他飯店。唯一不錯的地方是，櫃檯半夜有幫忙叫車到機場。"
