"A quiet ten-day escape from the city, with lots of beach walking, some sea and pool swimming, delicious dining, and great service from the staff. "Guests must read the lengthy list of things the hotel does not/will not provide. Simple things like towels, room cleaning, these are all considered extras. No window screens so windows cannot be let open for breeze. Poor lighting on badly kept pathways. Parking impossible without 4WD. Not a good place for working travelers. Price is actually all anyplace in Ngwesaung is worth. They also need to insure they do not have a bedbug problem. Perfect for unwashed backpacker hippies on a budget."
