Make sure to communicate early before arrival to set up a meeting time for check in because there’s no front desk. We communicated via WhatsApp after establishing initial contact on hotels.com website. Located within 5 min walking distance to Lotte Mart. Beautiful infinity pool. No gym. "

"SCAM! Do not book! The airport shuttle driver upon pickup said the hotel was over booked and took us to a different hotel. There was no front desk, we were brought into through a back door, and then instructed we had to call the shuttle driver in order to use the pool or amenities in the hotel. Immediate red flags! We tried to call original hotel and couldn’t get an answer, our party left and asked for a refund, the driver said he will ask his manager. It was all very sketchy, driver didn’t...
