Que de problèmes et pas de réactions aux demandes

Cet petit hôtel pas trop mal situé n'est pas à la hauteur. La chambre louée était grande et bien agencée mais comportait de gros défauts auxquels la direction n'a pas répondu : la porte de secours donnant sur l'escalier extérieur ne fermait pas à clé, la chambre était accessible à tous. Il y a un grand trou dans la baignoire par lequel l'eau se vide. Le frigidaire était chaud voir brulant à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur alors que je choisis mes hôtels par rapport à la présence de cet objet. Le coffre-fort ne s'ouvrait plus après une utilisation. Le personnel m'a alors prêter la clé qui ouvrait tous les coffres fort de l'hôtel... belle responsabilité. Le personnel était sympathique et compréhensif mais ne pouvait pas faire grand chose.

歩いて５分で海に入れます

良かった点は、 ・部屋もきれいでビーチが近い。ビーチに出るようかプール用かビーチサンダルと籠バッグが用意されていました。 ・30分前のチェックインOK ・つたない英語で話しても対応してくれた。愛想はあまりありません。 ・プールが屋上にあり綺麗。朝6時からよる10時まで利用できます。小さいので他の利用客がいると気まずいです。 気になる点は、 ・朝食はこじんまりとしたビュッフェ。フロントからエレベーターの通りでの食事なので居心地はよくない。オムレツ等はその場で調理していました。味は食べていないので分かりません。 総評として次回は別のホテルを探すと思います。 理由は70%プライスダウンに惹かれて予約をしましたが、プライスダウンした値段相応のホテルだと感じたからです。

Pleasent stay at Nha Trang

The hotel was tidy and comfortable. Hotel employees were friendly. A late check-out was possible for an extra fee. An airport transportation was easy to arrange and we could leave our luggage at the hotel reception between the check-out and the airport transportation. Hence, we could spend the last day in the city. The location of the hotel was very good. The beach, restaurants, bars, spas and shops were close within a short walking distance. First day breakfast was limited as some of the food was finished. However, we came to the breakfast 30 minutes before it was suppose to end. The next days when we arrived earlier, the breakfast was good and the food was supplied regularly. Next to the hotel was a bar which played loud music approximately till 3 am. We stayed on the fifth floor and the noise was still significant. Hence, we cannot recommend this hotel to people who find it hard to fall asleep.

I didn’t like it at all

This was my worst experience ever! Nobody speak English at this hotel, which doesn’t help you to make any arrangements. I rent out a scooter thru the reception ( somehow), which was out of the fuel, so I stopped after 500 meters ( fuel indicator didn’t work). This was frustrating for me, but super funny for the reception. I didn’t sleep the whole night due to the noise from the club nearby ( the windows were literally shaking from the base till 2 am), and then the construction noise continues till the morning. Nobody mentioned anything about the noise when I was checking in. The breakfast arrangement is very poor and dirty.

호텔 바로 옆에 클럽이 있어 새벽까지 음악소리가 매우 시끄러움 위치는 시내 중심가에 있어 추천맛집,해변가의 접근성은 매우 좋음 깔끔한 인테리어이나 제일 저렴한 방은 좁음 조식은 기대 대비 나음

Nice rooms. Great location. Not the best though.

Room was amazingingly nice and modern. Breakfast was not the best. It was in the front lobby. It was our least favourite breakfast in Vietnam. Not as much variety, not as tidy. The front lobby turns it's lights off at night and there is no one at the desk. We came home late one night and walked into the dark lobby and there were two local men sleeping on the couches. The pool water looked murky so we did not use it, it was a small pool on the roof. That didn't matter since the beach is amazing and so close. This hotel is perfect dostance to Sailing Club.

The hotel is well located around shops,restaurants and bars,next door is a very popular bar which the music last to 2 am every night. the breakfast is from 6-9:30,when we went for breakfast at 8:30,there is. no. knife in the tray,they put 5 knives in the tray.I will send some pictures to. see yourself.A girl called Thao is. very polite and helpful,speak good English.

Decent hotel with some headaches

The place looked great when we first entered, but some headaches grew after that. For one, there were ants or something that had to be sprayed. Also, the tub had some mold, and the shower got hot only half the time. It looked as if the hotel was put up in a hurry.

Great new hotel, very comfortable!

We stayed for 3 nights in Jan so we could relax at the beach. The room itself was very nice and felt like we were living in luxury. Note: it was a lot nicer then the budget accommodation we had been staying at throughout our whole trip; so this may have enhanced our perception of the hotel. The bed was so large and comfortable I didn't even notice my partner on the other side. The room had a lot of space however not much cupboard space. The bathroom was very clean and tidy although there was no curtain to stop the spray of the water going everywhere (Make sure to move you toilet paper away from the shower). The water temperature in the morning for showers was lovely however when we tried to have a bath in the evening it didn't heat up. There is a bar next door that is open til 3.30ish in the morning, we were on the third floor and could hear it so if you are a light sleeper I suggest moving a few more stories up. The staff were very friendly and did there best to help booking tickets. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

빈펄랜드가는 버스 바로앞에있어요 깨끗하기도 하고요 그러나 조식 별로고요, 수영장은 먼지물이 욕조에 담긴듯합니다. 호텔스닷컴에서 5만원정도가격인데,수영장때문에 갓는데 사진과는 전혀 달랐습니다

エグゼクティブ ダブル バルコニー シービューの部屋に停まりました。 【良い点】 ・新しくてきれい。 ・観光客向けエリアにあり、食事や買い物、ビーチに行くのに便利。 ・隣が深夜まで大音量の音楽を流す飲み屋だったり、近隣で早朝から建設工事があったりしましたが、二重ガラスでそれほど気にならなかった。ただ気にする人は耳栓をするか、別のエリアを選んだ方がいいかも。 【悪い点】 ・シャワーは、夕方は熱い湯がでたが、深夜になると熱いお湯が出ない。朝もぬるい程度。フロントに言っても改善されなかった。非常にストレスを感じ、もう泊まる気がしなくなった。 ・朝食がまずい。近隣でファーストフードを買う方がまし。 ・朝トイレットペーパーが空になり、部屋をあけたが、ルームクリーニングの後でも空のままだった。予備のトイレットペーパーもなし。 ・とある国からの客が多いせいか、チェックイン時に部屋の備品を警備員と一緒に個数を確認し、サインをさせられた。トラブル防止策だと思うが、顧客を信用せず感じが悪い。 【微妙な点】 ・シービューは確かに海が見えるが、他の建物の間に見える程度。海から少し距離があるのでこんなものか。 ・バルコニーは小さいが、景色を確保するのに貢献している程度。 ・屋上のプールは狭くて入る気にならなかったが、眺めは非常に良い。 総評として便利な立地にあるきれい目のローカルホテルという割きりができれば良いと思うが、快適で良いサービスを期待する人には向かない。
