Great location and view. balcony chairs have big holes covered with a pillow each, shower drain did not work properly and tv control remote had dead batteries, pillow cases smelled like sweat. beautiful place but need better maintenance. i mentioned our anniversary and wife's birthday and no decoration., other hotels did through our holiday trip. also had to pay to visit the pool, shouldn't be that way for guests

Excellent hotel

Room was great, view of the ocean was great, very clean, quiet rooms, but the best part was the bed, that bed was so comfy and the extra large pillows made it even better. Well stay there again next year.

Pros and cons . I wouldn’t stay again .

The location is really central but the property is super crowded and rooms are very tired and mouldy and not hotel standard cleaned . The staff are lovely and run off their feet. The gym is decent. The lower pool is small and crowded and shaded most of the day. The pool at the top is an extra cost , which was not disclosed In the description. The views from the mouldy room are great. The air conditioning vent and wall had a lot of very obvious black mould. The buffet breakfast is good.

The hotel was nice, and the room was also pretty nice, but what you can't possibly understand from the photos is how incredibly busy this place is, the level of noise and constant activity is absolutely tiring. This building has more than 10 elevators and yet there almost impossible to get, and if you do, they're always packed, weather there going up or down. Very frustrating, and your not allowed to take the stairs, if you wanted to of course. Obviously not an option if you're on a higher floor. But overall not a pleasant experience getting in and out of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The air was fresh and clean, and the ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’m definitely coming back in the near future. Highly recommended!

My first impression of this hotel was terrible. As soon as I walked in, the lobby had a very unpleasant smell. The room was dirty and moldy, and the bed linens and towels had visible stains, which was unacceptable. There was also no hair conditioner provided. I saw this hotel advertised somewhere as a 5-star property, but my experience felt more like staying in a low-quality motel. Overall, the experience was horrible. I would not recommend this hotel and will never return. The only positive thing was the location.

Only one coffee machine working at breakfast, so we had lines. Last early morning, we were refused entry at breakfast, They could not find our room on the list. Customer service fixed it, but by then we were at the airport.

The only one thing is good about this hotel, a location, nothing else... Housekeeping...is a shame.... Bedsheets are torn, and and washed out with yellow and rust or blood stain. Towels are old, washed out as well.... Pumps was broken on a soap bottles. Exposed wires on a hair dryer, when I asked to change it due to safety reason, they brought it exactly the same, with exported wires, they did not even understand what was wrong with it... Plastic bath curtain was dirty and moldy, noone cleaned it even after it was brought to their attention. Room entry door had a huge cracking. There is a small kitchen in a room, but no dish soap, kitchen towel or paper towels are provided. I used small washed towel to clean a counter, it got dirty because of fruit juice ,so they made a huge deal of it,sent me a picture and told I'll have to pay for it. On my concern why they are not providing kitchen towels while there is a kitchen in a room,they advised, we need to buy it somewhere in a town. So redicules.... All pictures are attached. Rooftop pool... There are no umbrellas, sunbeds are dirty and some of them torn. The only thing they are care about you buy a pool ticket ,even there are no availability there, stuff are not friendly at all. Elevators.... Only 2 out of 10 elevators were working at the same time, there always was a challenge to get to or out of 28th floor. Sometimes 28th floor botton did not work, we had to go to upper or lower floor and use stairs to get to our room.

Staff support was lacking and no help. It was not a hotel. Room was extremely terrible. We wanted non smoking rooms but that didn’t happen. There was baby cockroaches and ants all over. Dirty blanket and dirty sheets. The entire stay and building is terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.
