This hotel is very dated and the maintenance and upkeep are not well maintained. However the location and price for our 2 nights was unbeatable. The rooms were clean and functional. Note early check-in is really not an option and English is not really used/spoken by the reception desk. Recommend to those who want a clean, cheap place to stay in a good location if your not worried about decor.

直至今天到達的時候,我們下車不知道原來就是那間酒店,因為跟原來訂的名稱並不一樣,現已改名，經過一番求證才知道，check in Reception那位女員工態度並不友善,上到房間,整間房間十分陰暗,就算全間房間燈光已全開都十分暗沉,感覺極之為差。

角の部屋を取っていただいたこともあり、眺めは抜群でしたが、人気のレストランが近すぎて、深夜1時頃までライブの音がうるさかったです。 バスタブはありがたかったですが、シャワースタンドがなく不便さを感じました。

BAthrooms Tiny. Basically had to shower in toilet Reception had a funky smell. At times had no water in rooms. Wifi was the worst. Most of the time didn't work. People need to smile more. Either unhappy or unfriendly. Could not figure out which. Bonus was in a good location

체크인할때 직원은 친철해서 좋았습니다 근데 그 한분 빼곤 다 별로였어요 한국인라고 호구로 보나? 한마디로 공짜로 자라고 해도 안가고싶네요 조식은 나름 괜찮아요 그러나...저희방 에어컨이 고장이라고 전화로 말했더니 직원이 오더니 문을 닫으라네요...ㅡㅡ안 시원해서 문이라도 열어놓은건데 문을 닫으라고만하고 사라졌고 문닫고 한참을 틀어놨는데도 안시원해져서 직접내려가서 얘기했더니 올라와서 봐주더니 문닫고 5분만 있으래서 당신도 5분 같이 있어보랬더니 땀흘리네요 그래서 웃으면서 당신도 땀 난다고 그랬더니 웃어서 그런가 장난치면서 자긴 춥다고 더 있어보라면서 나가려는거 정색하고 다시 얘기하니 겨우겨우 방 옮겼네요ㅡㅡ 방 옮기면서 가운이랑 옷걸이 옷걸려있는거 들고왔더니 메이드 둘이와서는 들어가도되냐는 말도없이 문열자마자 들어와선 옷걸이랑 가운가져가네요ㅡㅡ 넘 더워서 씻으려고 다 벗고있었는데... 친구가 문은 열어줬지만 어이없어했구요 우리가 여기서 이틀을 예약을 해서 어쩔수없이 있었지만 이불상태도 별로고 밤에 데스크 있는 여직원은 우리가 2일째 되던날 수건 달라는 말을 2번을 직접가서 하고 전화를 2번했는데 한참 후에 직원 한명이 와선 우리가 쓰던 수건 들고 가고서야 수건 겨우 받았네요 진짜 웬만하면 비추천이요 걍 몇천원 더 주고 딴 호텔 예약하세요 여기서 이틀을 잔게 10박11일 여행에서 최고로 후회되네요 한국인이라면 제 글보고 가지마세요 진심 적으면서도 화나네요

Building site !!!

Wow, you couldn't make it up have bad this place was. The hotel is an actual construction site. The entire ground floor is undergoing extensive building work, i.e the entire front wall and entrance is missing. As a result the reception has been relocated to a shoddy temporary set up next to what is the dinning area, come resturant. The absence of a sealed entrance mean that the lobby, resturant and internal atrium was suffocating due to the heat and humidity. The humidity gives rise to additional issues, such as the damp smell throughout. The room was ok, but the view was of the adjacent hotel's swimming pool, also under construction. the only redeeming I would say was its location. I would strongly recommend that you consider elsewhere when saying in nha trang.

抜群の立地で、一通り揃ったホテルです。

ビーチも近く、食事に出るにも非常に便利なところにあります。今回は、寒くて入りませんでしたが、屋上にプールもありシーズン中はいいと思います。部屋にバスタブがないのが残念です。

泊まるだけならオススメです

夜到着で昼には出発の1泊という短い滞在でしたので、お安い宿をとこちらに決めたのですが、立地もよく、値段の割には良かったです。セイリングクラブやルイジアナブリューハウスも歩いてすぐです。ツインの部屋でスーツケースを二人とも広げることができました。宿代が安かったので、朝食の期待もしていなかったのですが、フォーやオムレツもフルーツもあり、良かったです。

This hotel was built with not much thoughts. It's fine for couples but absolutely not good for anyone else. Why are they building almost see through bathrooms ? if you travel with old enough children, brother/sister,mom/son, dad/daughter or friends, it can be very uncomfortable. How do you feel doing number 2 in the bathroom and other person in the room can see what you are doing in the bathroom ? terrible planning. Also, why would you put carpet in the room in a tropical climate? so humid and dirty feeling.

Good location

We were a group of 20 with 5 families and booked a range of rooms. Mer Perle Sea Sun is in a great location -just down a side road across the road from the beach. The upper end rooms are huge and are good for a family. Some rooms were noisy some nights due to karaoke bars nearby. Staff were very helpful and booked restaurants etc for us. We had an unpleasant experience at the Spa on the 9th floor but when I spoke to the receptionist about it she was shocked and sympathetic but explained that it was not run by the hotel. Don't go near it. The hotel (and the whole town!) is popular with Russians.

3 star hotel close to beach and local pools

The Merperles location was very good but found the street noise and construction noise very loud. The buffet breakfast was very poor catering mainly for Russian people. The front desk staff were lovely but found the restaurant manager very unfriendly. The pool is nothing like the picture on website. We had a luxury suite and a suite and found them very spacious and clean. Bathroom lay out was poor and towels paper thin. Would not recommend.
