"It was a wonderful experience. It's a gorgeous hotel. Love the decor and how have embraced the beauty of the building. Our room was lovely. Nice little touches such as a welcome letter. The front desk person was phenomenal and kind. Their daily breakfast which is complimentary was great. We stayed for two days and they had different warm breakfast items and many options. The location is perfect by the Falls and Casino. More hotels need to strive to be like this one. "

"I had an absolutely wonderful time at RIU Hotel in Jamaica. From the moment I arrived, everything felt like a dream. The entire experience was simply unforgettable.
The food was beyond amazing ….. every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The variety was incredible, and I enjoyed every single bite. The drinks were perfectly made, refreshing, and always served with a smile.
Customer service? Top-tier. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. They truly made me feel valued and welcomed throughout my stay.
And my hotel room ….wow! It was stunning. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after a day of enjoying the beach and sunshine.

I liked the restaurant attached, the stay includes free breakfast each morning in the restaurant ..not you typical hotel breakfast buffet..very good …a little store or vending machines for drinks and snacks would be a nice addition and added benefit for guests . Overall we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to friends and family going to visit Niagara .."
