"The property had an unpleasant smell. Temperature could not be regulated and the windows could not be opened. Breakfast was do it yourself and jelly and other condiments were in partially used family size containers. Bedroom was tiny."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our stay. I was travelling with kids and mum ( who is in a wheelchair). Staying just outside the Niagara Falls state park made everything super accessible. It was a 5 min walk to the falls, maid of the mist, anchor bar and the Discover Niagara trolley stop. The place was clean, breakfast was basic but enough options to fill you up and kids loved their brownie treats every evening. The staff were lovely too!"
