"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main square and close to many restaurants and attractions. The hotel has beautiful colonial charm and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay very enjoyable.
The cleanliness and maintenance of both our room and the entire hotel were outstanding. Everything was very well cared for, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The balcony was beautiful, and the view of the church was absolutely stunning. It made our stay even more special.
There were only two things that disappointed us. First, our room was never restocked with complimentary coffee packets during our entire one-week stay. For a hotel of this category, we found that to be quite unprofessional.
Second, the room entrance doors are not soundproof, so you can easily hear conversations and noise from outside. It doesn’t provide much privacy, and that was something we did not like.
Other than those two issues, everything else was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Granada, Nicaragua."
