I could easily walk into the new part of Nice or the old section from this hotel. It is just acros the street from the beach on the Mediterranean. "Stayed for one night as I was moving out of my apartment. I had an early flight the next day and they were very accommodating. One man at the front desk was extremely helpful in weighing my very heavy luggage, and bringing it to my room. Only complaint was the luggage stand was broken when I got in there, but not an issue as my smaller bag had all the items I needed. Nothing to do with the hotel but if you are like me and have a lot of luggage, getting an uber to the airport in the morning is...
