"Beds, blankets and pillows were comfortable! Breakfast was delicious: scrambled eggs, egg & cheese omelettes, sausage links, potatoes, muffins, toast, bagels, fruit, juice, cinnamon rolls!!!"

"Beautiful location but our room had a lot of spiderwebs and the carpet appeared worn and dirty. Breakfast was beautifully presented and staff were very friendly."

"This place is super serene if your trying to get away from whatever your trying to get away from go here! This is one of the most calm and serene places I have ever been. Rooms are super bougie with a bougie price too that is the only downfall to me. If it were less expensive I would definetly come here more. My husband and I are not golfers but this is a golf resort. They do have a nice trail if that is what you are into. I would not recommend tennis shoes for these trails you need some good...

"The bathroom was nice enough and updated. The rest of the room was not really great. The beds were clean but very old mattresses and linens. Thin pillows and not many of them. The beds were on metal platforms that made loud echoing noises every time anything would brush against them or if someone got too close and bumped it. There are no lamps and only one usable outlet outside of the bathroom. The lights are spotlights that come on two at once over the beds. The beds are not comfortable....

"While standard fair the breakfast was well stocked had two waffle makers and offered sups of mixed berries with a great toppings and yogurt very clean. The layout was nice with staggered room entrances made the rooms feel more custom and less cookie cutter. Room was roomy and large bathroom. Very quiet too Nice swimming pool"

"Location was great for walking to the nearby brewpubs and shops, easy access to walking trail. However, our room was facing Mission St and it was super noisy from cars driving by throughout the night and morning. They didn't have any rooms on the first floor so only floor was second floor. There were stairs to get out and let you out on the street, which was convenient with dogs, but door doesn't open from the outside so always had to go inside to get to room. All in all, it was fine, convenient...

"I was booked a villa with two bedrooms and given a two stories and I was informed that they will send steps gates since she saw ai have two toddlers. We waited all night and the day after we were informed it was a wrong info and they dont have gates for steps, so for safety they changed our room. It was inconvenient but we had no choice. The new room wasn't as good as our original room."

"our stay was superior..well located to beaches....and harbor, room was large and high ceilings,,(second floor room) large and high end tv (even my wife was impressed..had a bit of a problem getting the wifi going(my fault) after contacting the management issue was cleared up immediately! ie. the password...would definitely stay at this property again if in Santa Cruz....tx so much pc"

"The electric shades didn’t function and nobody including maintenance could repair them so we had light coming into the room and we needed sleep after 20 hours of travel..That was the only issue. Front desk tried to b3 accommodating."
