"Very poor and no Equipment at all "

"Room was huge but a bit dark. Bathroom a little dated - shower didn't maintain a constant temperature and was a bit weak. Absolutely spotless. Had to hunt for a hair towel and tea and coffee facilities. No iron - but there was an ironing board. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great porridge and selection at breakfast. Great location near to town centre with reasonable and safe parking."

"I found some nail clippings on the carpet at the side of the bed. Wall was stained with a large coffee splash. Very poor soundproofing between rooms. Rooms and bed quite small, heating didn't work so room was cold. No fridge. Breakfast was particularly poor. Watery, tasteless orange juice. Bacon tasted only of salt, sausages cheap and tasteless, stale loaf left out from one day to the next."

"We loved the room, layout was great. Loved the bed, very comfortable! Shower was good as well. Only thing I would ask for is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom as I struggled to put my lenses in! Staff were lovely as well. Our new favourite in Leeds! "

"Stayed one night everything OK"

"The Hotel was very near the Station arrived early before check in and left case there was a very friendly lady on reception. Shops pubs cafes and restaurants were a short walk away from hotel. The room was clean and very warm with comfortable bed and white fluffy towels. We had a continetal breakfast the next morning with plenty of choice. "

"Overall, a good stay but there were some things that needed improving. My room cards kept deactivating (and after the first time I kept away from my bank cards) so that was really annoying having to go to and from the reception. One of the cleans, I was left a dirty teaspoon to use for tea and coffee. The gym was good and the staff were friendly though. The room was a good size but the air conditioning was very poor so had to keep the window open"

"Lovely hotel with very welcoming staff. Allowed us to check in early which was an added bonus. Nice clean room with every thing you need for a comfy, stress free stay. Will defo stay here again if ever visiting Leeds. "

"I do not dislike pets but I do object to dogs under the tables in the restaurant. My friend is allergic and we had to move tables due to this situation arising. It’s unacceptable! Also breakfast was served 7.30-9.30 but at 9.25 everything was being cleaned away and some guests arriving at this time were not offered specialist milks or hot food. Unacceptable really. My friend and I were in the breakfast room by 9.10am and so were well fed. However we were not allowed to take our hot drinks into...

"Convenient location bed and pillows quite hard, little things like one of our towels had a hole in it let the place down a little. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. I was greeted and seated by a nice member of the team but after that nobody came anywhere near me so i couldnt ask for coffee or fresh eggs as i had hoped so stuck with some toast and apple juice. Hot food looked ok "

"Great building, location and staff. “Executive” room (402) was on 4th floor, lift only goes to 3rd floor. On arrival on 4th floor, no corridor lighting so had to use light on phone to see room number. Room was especially small; same applies to 409, others on floor significantly larger. On escape plan, bathroom was bigger than bedroom. There was a bad smell of drains in corridor and in room. Windows were wide open on arrival. After closing, smell in bathroom became apparent. "We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff were so friendly especially Donny at reception. Front of house can really make or spoil a stay. The rooms were spacious and they accommodated all our guests with rooms close to one another which made it much more relaxed for us. Parking was also included and breakfast which had a variety of options. Would stay here again for sure. "
