Our atrium room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable, making it an excellent choice for families. Our family had a wonderful stay in Zakopane."

"Gorgeous hotel. Well priced. Central location. Breakfast was great. Huge selection. Highly recommend and if we are visiting Zakopane again would stay here. Right near shopping and restaurants. 5 minutes drive to cable car for Tatra mountains!!"

"The room was clean and nice. Large enough for family of 4. The location is perfect. The 1st day and night AC did not work so it took staff a while to react. But the next day they have fixed it. There is no swing pool with this room. But the location and the room is perfect."

"The room, bedsheets and furniture were all clean and free of stains. The bathtub plug wasn’t working properly. During our day, it was quite the heat wave so we had to leave the balcony door open to enjoy some airflow."

"Great location--on a quiet street, but a 15-minute walk from downtown Zakopane and a half-hour drive from Tatra National Park. The hotel is very nice, though not luxurious. Great breakfast buffet."

"The room was clean, with a clear view of the mountains. We stayed on the third floor. We also used the pool, hot tub, and the sauna after our hike to Morskie Oko which was a short 20 min drive away. The staff was excellent and met or exceeded our needs in our 2 night stay. The breakfast was great with a variety of food, and lots of coffee and tea options. Would recommend to a friend or family to stay here."

"Great Location! The hotel is located walking distance from the train station. When you get off the train, it's a short walk straight up the hill. You will need to know this because the locals will probably not want to help you with directions. The lady that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! She was accommodating and nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of hiking. The lady working the spa was unfriendly, but that's to be expected from many of the locals. The rooms were nice but very dated. If you go when the weather is cooler, you will be fine, but it is good to know for the warmer months, there is no air condition in the rooms. If you sleep with the window opened, there are cars and street noise. They did bring us a fan, but when the temperature rises to the 80s... you may want a room with AC. The shower was tiny. My husband took a shower in the locker room at the pool and it had plenty of room. It's a wonderful place to stay, just be aware of the AC situation. Also, The Brooklyn Brewery next door is an excellent place to eat! The food is wonderful and you get huge portions. The staff was also friendly."
