"We arrived and were very happy with our check in and cleanliness. We changed into our swimsuits to get into the hot tub, only to find out once we got to the pool area that the hot tub was drained. We swam for awhile. The edges of the pool above the water line had so much residue that people had been “carving” their names and initials in it. We went back to our room and ordered pizza.
