"Sadly although the hotel is located next to the Rhine it’s on a very busy road, not great for cyclists. The back roads are lovely however.
In late October, there are very few places to eat, drink or buy provisions so plan ahead.
Our room was located behind the hotel with no view and the room itself was compact (narrow) but strangely with a yoga mat and hand weights..
The staff were very helpful but in hindsight I wish I had booked a hotel in a town with a little more going on."

"Pros:
* Very spacious, modern room with excellent noise insulation
* High-quality toiletries in the bathroom
* Air conditioning was noticeably quieter than in other hotels
* Comfortable mattress
* Location is perfect if arriving by train; the entrance is directly on the pedestrian bridge connecting the station and airport
Cons:
* Long wait times for the elevators, as several seemed to be out of service
* Found several stray hairs in the bathroom
* Only one large blanket on the king-size...

"The staff was super helpful and kind. We were on our way from Africa to Canada and wanted to visit our friends in Hamburg. We didn’t want to carry all our luggage with us so we asked the hotel staff if we could leave our luggage for few days with them as we will be staying there on our way back. It was no problem for which we are very grateful. The hotel has a shuttle going to and from the airport, the menu for dinner may not have lots of verity but the food is delicious. One thing that bothered...
