"Arrivée à 18h30 le jour même avant mon RDV à 20h à Royan. La chambre sent très mauvais, la poubelle des sanitaires est surchargée et émet une odeur nauséabonde. Nous quittons la chambre en passant par l'accueil afin que le nécessaire soit fait. Notre interlocutrice nous dit qu'elle s'en charge "personnellement". ..."
