"This is the first time we went to a hotel and the staff ask us to upgrade by ourselves. First, we arrived and the hotel is not easy to reach. We chose not to have it. Then she stopped talked to us and kept searching from her own files to try to show us that we can have a better room and our rooms have no good view. We were sweating because we can not found the hotel. But we stay there for more than 5 mins just because she wanted to sell us a better room. I can not really understand. I chose the room and compare the other choice at home. I chose what I want and expect. If I would like to have a better view, I might not choose this hotel. And If I want a better room. I would choose and paid while I pick the room. It is not what I expect to experience when I am already at the reception of the hotel. At the end of the check-in. I can feel like that she was impatient because I listened to her and chose nothing from her. We also use the car park at the day we check-out. There are little space than I expect.
