"Our hosts were absolutely wonderful! We stayed at Gibos for four nights and the home-cooked Turkish breakfast was superb every day. We were offered excellent recommendations on hikes, dinner options (Sinasos Wine House), and they made our hot air balloon ride reservations for us with a great company (we normally don’t do those kind of activities, but it was incredible!). We felt like family friends by the time we left. Do not hesitate to stay here if you would like an authentic cave hotel...

"It is a calmer town than the well known ones in Cappadocia. The hotel is very charming and well maintain. Breakfast was good quality with local products. Even if it was the low season (I was the only guest for 3 days). The staff made all effort to guide me to the right places to eat and visit - even the owner walked me to the place and share a moment to help me understand the culture.
