Karim and is whole team gave my wife and I one the best experiences we’ve ever had. From arranging taxis, boat rides as well as providing us with recommendations for Egyptologists They truly made us feel at home and like family. The chef came and introduced himself our first out of our four night stay. He accommodated our Vegetarian diets superbly....

"Nice older hotel with a beautiful view of both city and river. Ideal location, walking distance to Nubian Museum and ferries to Elephantine island. "Excellent stay at the Tolip Hotel! I stayed for two days over the Christmas holiday and would definitely stay again if I visit in the future. The location is very convenient, the staff are warm and friendly, and the food was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed both my Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day dinner as well. The rooms are impeccable, very clean and equipped with all the necessary conveniences. Highly recommend "

"Stayed here the night before starting a Nile Cruise. It's an unusual experience-the transfer from the airport eventually puts you in a tuk-tuk to get you there! And we had to take a boat to transfer to our cruise. It feels rustic, but in a good way. Staff very attentive, but not much english speaking. Rooms were simple but comfortable."
