"Best stay ever! Saeed and the entire staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us some fantastic recommendations for local attractions, which we took him up on, and they did not disappoint!! He also helped us arrange a car from Luxor to Aswan, with stops at a couple of temples along the way. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the nearby temples and historical sites. We even rented bikes from the hotel and rode to Hatshepsut Temple, the Valley of the Workers, out to the “edge of town” which was such a memorable experience! After our early morning adventures, the room was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The team even prepared breakfast boxes for us on days when we had to leave extra early, which was such a thoughtful touch. Saeed and the team truly made everything so easy, allowing us to just enjoy our time in Luxor. The entire team was so professional and made everything feel effortless. We stayed for four nights and loved every single day of it. Couldn’t recommend this place more!"

"Booked private tours through the hotel with Hany before we arrived he is an absolute gentleman. Couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely recommend booking through him. The tour guide we had was mairead (probably spelt wrong) was extremely knowledgeable and lovely as was Michael our driver. The hotel is undergoing renovations but that can’t be held against them. We were in room 402 with a front Nile view and it was amazing. We got to watch the sunset every night and would have sun on the balcony in the afternoons The food in the main restaurant for breakfast was very good with a good selection as was the buffet at dinner We ate in Beban their Italian it was ok but to be honest the food in the buffet was nicer Good sandwiches in the Lotus cafe Any staff we encountered were always polite and helpful special shout out to the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room daily and did an excellent job Would highly recommend and hopefully we will be back"

"Room was clean and very well organised for you will need and make sure you read the description which was very thoughtful and helpful. Staff was excellent, breakfast was great and delicious, room decor really well put. Wi-Fi didn't work for us ,but that wasn't a problem,and because it's west side taxi/uber/indrive all will negotiate price higher. I would recommend book with hotel car for day it's well priced and will save you a lot of negotiations time :) at the end hotel deserve it's praise and and easy can compete with 4-5 star . Thank you ."
