"Right in the middle of everything in Nimes. So many excellent choices were within a 5 to 10 min walk. No elevator but the staff took our luggage up and down for us. Did not have breakfast (which looked great) because we went to a different cafe every day to take in the world. I would stay here again."
"Wonderfully located. Beautifully decorated and gracious host/owner. Wonderful to have secure parking even for a €€ rate. Request a lower floor if you have any concerns about stairs without railings. "L’appartement dépasse toutes les attentes, il est magnifique, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le lit est très confortable. Mais ce qui fait la grande différence c’est l’accueil aux petits oignons de Philippe. Tout est vraiment parfait et nous avons passé un séjour en dehors du temps. Merci !"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is superb, right in front of the Roman amphitheatre, just a short walk from the station. The room was very well equipped and comfortable, everything worked fine, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We noticed no noise from inside the hotel. There was some from the adjacent building site, but only during working hours and this was not a problem.
If visiting Nimes again we would certainly be happy to stay here.

"This was our second stay at the Royal hotel, our first was just an overnight stay, and we liked Nimes so much we wanted longer and couldn't imagine a better hotel. This time it totally lived up to expectations. It is amazingly convenient for the centre of historic Nimes, opposite the Maison Carre!
