"Our family suite was very spacious. It's essentially two connecting rooms. Upon arriving we found several roaches. Staff helped us apply bug spray everywhere, which helped but didn't completely resolve the issue. Bathroom always has a wet floor due to gaps from shower door or jacuzzi. "The main problem for me was the gym. If they are going to promote their Hotel as having a gym the equipment needs to be functional and of good standard, it was not. The service was OK, the room was fine but nothing special. "
