"All staffs were very nice excellent customer services also at the part of the restaurant Victoria and Ramon were very Nices poeple they had a stupendous services always had a good attitude. Room was very clean always."

"Pros: The staff are very friendly, rooms were very clean and the hotel has been very well maintained and feels modern. The outdoor seating area near the pool is really nice and quiet. There are a few menu choices to choose from in the included breakfast. Parking was very easy and onsite. Con’s: Very minor issues that would not prevent us from staying there again: The a/c in our room (216) was really loud and not just loud but it sounded like there was a flapping noise coming from it and the air wasn’t blowing out evenly. I also wish they would have said that they do not have hot water in the showers, and if they do, ours didn’t work. Besides that it was a great stay and a great hotel. Probably one of our favorites that we have stayed at so far in Managua."
