"We chose this hotel for its peaceful location and convenient distance from both airports, which worked well for us as a family. However, the actual stay was underwhelming. The Wi-Fi was consistently weak, making it difficult to stay connected. More importantly, the service was quite poor; we had to call the front desk multiple times just to get basic items like towels, as there was no proactive housekeeping. To top it off, the "beach view" promised in the room description was nonexistent. It’s a nice area for couples and families, but the management needs to significantly improve their service and transparency."

" During my stay, I noticed multiple issues that were concerning and disappointing, including: - Dirty and stained furniture cushions in the outdoor bar and seating areas. - Visible stains and marks on lounge beds and pillows, suggesting they had not been properly cleaned or maintained. - Poor cleanliness in restroom areas, including dirty floors and poorly maintained surroundings. - Damaged and poorly maintained recreational equipment, such as broken pieces on the outdoor chess set. - Untidy bar and service areas, with visible clutter and lack of upkeep. These issues significantly impacted the overall experience and did not reflect the level of quality or hygiene expected from a hotel marketed as a 5-star property. Considering the premium price paid for this stay, the condition of the facilities was unacceptable and fell short of the standards promised at the time of booking. I would appreciate it if the management could review this matter and provide appropriate compensation or resolution for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. I"

"Room was clean to an extent but unfortunately the stains on the table gave the impression it was dirty. Linen and towels tired so again didn’t feel as clean as could have been. Door locking system, whilst in the room didn’t feel entirely secure. Reception didn’t make me feel particularly welcome. Nothing was explained to me ie facilities available, how yoga classes worked or where to eat. Peaceful location away from crowds "

"The room was great, but the staff and food here are exceptionall! The food and beverage staff - breakfast lunch and dinner were fabulous. Housekeeping went above and beyond every day. I highly recommend Anaharta for any stay in Ashwem - so easy to walk to Mandrem, Arambol or Morjim."

"The hotel receptionists ( 2 ladies) exceeded our expectation. On the first day, our room was swapped overlooking pool with exceptional room size and all room facilities. The shower room was large with hot water 24/7. The restaurant served great and tasty food. The waiters were all very helpful and saw to our every need at breakfast and dinner. Our room areas was cleaned daily, all th3 staff are trustworthy which is reassuring. The lady who cleaned our room took pride in her job and the rooms were spotless. Thank you Ziva, hope to stay again in March 2026.Fat Tiger restaurant did some amazing and reasonably priced food and non alcoholic drinks. The road leading to the hotel was full of large potholes and car journey even in a large 7 seat people carrier was uncomfortable. "
