"I originally booked a 3 night stay; however, I stayed one night and changed hotels. The air conditioning did not cool the room and I was hot and couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk at 2:00am and complained and was told to adjust the air using the wall thermostat and when I told the clerk there wasn’t a wall thermostat she paused then said ooohh you’re in that room.
