From start to finish this hotel and staff were amazing. It was clean and luxurious. Amazing location. Strong consistent wifi which is not always a given. Staff were very courteous and nothing was too much for them. The member of staff who did our airport transfers was courteous and conscientious in making sure we made it through customs in good time and planned our transfer. I had a lovely stay at Hotel Palma in Tivat and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Montenegro. The hotel has a beautiful location right by the waterfront, with stunning views and easy access to the surrounding attractions, restaurants and town. Right in the centre of the old city. Hotel parking a short walk away - no traffic in old city. Directions to car park and then to hotel all provided unprompted in advance. Great spot to explore from. Jazz club playing in the square outside was fantastic and room was fairly well insulated from the noise. I did have wax earplugs which was helpful. I suspect you cannot stay in the old city without noise all around!

If nothing else go there for the breakfast. The setting is unbelievable!!

Overall fantastic stay, super welcoming and helpful staff, rooms were large and well maintained + had amazing views of the bay. It rained one of our days so took advantage of the spa and semi-outdoor pool. Food was great, especially the included breakfast. We had an issue with our shower which was fixed promptly and they had made us a little breakfast bag to go to the airport. It’s roughly a 10 min walk down hill to the bay, but maybe not the nicest locations but appeared quite safe.

Apartment was well equipped, even with a washer dryer and coffee machine. Relaxed setting in Centrale square with courtesy bus to the marina and beach. Free parking outside on site. Convenient supermarket, bars and restaurants on site. The only surprise was the bedroom was only a foot bigger than the king size bed itself behind a sliding door to the living area.

Our stay at this hotel was very good. Really nice hotel with modern decoration and nice aesthetics. Customer service is good - receptionists always helped us planning stuff for our trip and gave us recommendations etc. The breakfast is amazing!! Super good quality of food. We stayed with our 2 year old toddler, the host kindly provided both baby chair and cot for us. Theres plenty of room for him to run around and play. The location was perfect, close to the sea promenade with resturants and a kids playground for our son to play in after dinner. There's also a sizable supermarket that's a short walk to get water and groceries for our breakfast (which the kitchen had everything we needed). Its also a very easy walk to Kotor old town, so you don't have to navigate...

Really enjoyed my stay, the hotel is in a great location, just inside the walls. The service was great and I loved the sauna and hammam. Lots of great restaurants and bars very close by

The hotel is incredible! Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff and a beautiful, well maintained hotel. The rooms are large and well appointed and the hotel restaurant serves amazing food and some great local wines. The beach bar is a great addition too serving great food and drinks on a private section of beach. We couldn’t be happier. This was our minimoon destination and it helped to make it perfect!

We couldn't have been happier with the hotel, the staff were fantastic, room was spacious, comfortable and had the most amazing views. The restaurant was great both for breakfast and dinner. We will be back.

Zorana and Dragana on reception spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. This is a brand new boutique hotel in a quiet location but within easy walking distance to the old town and the lovely promenade along the bay with bars and restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend.
