"Room was crawling with bugs and had a stench that lasted throughout our entire stay. I do not recommend staying here. They overcharged for every possible service as well."

"Our rooms were great we had cabins on the river which were amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful only issue we had was we never saw hippos! Nobody’s fault but was the main reason for booking! "

"The place would have been wonderful. BUT THIS PLACE IS NOT TRANQUIL the noise of the trucks on the r40 24/7 roaring past. It sounded like the place was next to the runway at Heathrow. They offered a lesser accommodation away from the road a bit but wanted to charge lots more. I’m sorry but this was not helpful…. Beware if you don’t mind sleeping with ear plugs THIS IS FOR YOU. BEWARE"

"We were blown away. The photos online don’t do this resort justice — in person, the property is even more beautiful.
