"Love this hotel. Our room had a spectacular bay view. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location can be beat. It is so easy to get around the city and there is everything you need in walking distance."

"This is a very beautiful hotel and you can tell that all of the architecture is a work of art. The only part about it that is a little difficult is the entryway to the parking lot it's not clearly marked and is actually the middle of a crosswalk which is a little weird. Aside from that the interior is immaculate and their Christmas decorations were so wonderful. The room is incredibly clean with a beautiful view. Vaulted ceilings with well thought out amenities."

"The lobby and front of the hotel were beautiful. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our only complaint was the room itself. It looked like it had sunk into the ground. The floors seemed slanted. "
