"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "I loved my stay here. I had the superior double room, which was beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the snacks and coffee that were lovingly provided every day. The exterior is unique and gorgeous. I did not have the chance to eat at the restaurant, but I enjoyed eating a peaceful lunch outside at the tables. I recommend this place 100%. "
