"Overall we had a wonderful time at our stay. The only thing I would say they need to improve on is their front desk . Anytime we called no one would answer, and when we’d go to the lobby they weren’t always there either. Otherwise, the property is beautiful and we had a wonderful time!"
Hotel Riu Palace Aruba - All Inclusive

"Riu Palace Aruba family hotel was excellent. The only thing is that on the buffet, the area where the chicken, meat and fish is coooked on the grill, the staff in charge takes his time to cook and everytime you go to get any of the protein they are offering thay day he still cooking it and there is nothing ready to take in your plate. I think it is on purpose. Also there are some flies on the buffet restautant. The drinks are not good either. The rest is excellent!!!!"

"The hotel is very nice. Very convenient to transition back and forth from beach to pool. The rooms definetly need a little updating. The ground need maintenance. The hot tubs were not working. The speakers didnt play any tropical music or music at all and there was barely to no entertainment. That being said I would stay here again compared to the other hotels. It is a more quiet hotel and my son loved it!"

"My Wife and I were very pleased with our stay ( 7/28 to 8/4)…Staff was mostly excellent …Concierge and Pool Maintainer Leo were excellent and very friendly…The one complaint I have about personnel is the Lady that works in the Market; she follows you around the small store as if you’re going to steal something. Service charge is included in all food bills ; it was obvious on the receipt in the restaurants, so that you don’t include a higher tip…..The receipt at the wave shack was folded in such a way that the service charge was hidden ."

"My husband and I had a really nice time at the Ritz for our honeymoon. Prior to our arrival they reached out to ask our preferences for housekeeping and turn down service as well as our transportation needs to and from the airport. They greeted us with some bubbly and stored our luggage so we could start enjoying our time there since we were early. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating and the hotel and grounds were well maintained. The room service was a good option at all hours but they didn't offer breakfast past 11 so if you are a late riser like us you have to start your day with lunch if you decide to to do room service. I will note there are not many vegetarian options on the menu (there are only 2). But I appreciate them heating up leftovers at all hours of the night for us! The other breakfast option was Ritual Coffee Culture which offers pastries and gelato. There are a few restaurants on site. We visited Casa Nonna an and highly recommend it. I tried the sushi restaurant Noori and found it to be underwhelming. Lastly Madero's was a great option for pool/beach area. We utilized the spa for massages but the jacuzzi and steam rooms are available to use free of charge for all guests. When we ventured outside of the resort there was always a taxi waiting outside for guests which was convenient. Check out the casino for some fun at the blackjack tables or your game of choice!"
