"Our stay was good perhaps the room didn't have good Wi-Fi, was super slow and the signal was poor, no frige, no iron, no microwave, and the bathroom extractor didn't work, I reported it but they didn't do anything about it. The room had a tv and a safe, if you ask me, it doesn't worth it for the price we paid. "

"The place is well located and overall in good condition. Our experience is that we arrived and the laundry room was full of humid towels and sheets from the previous guests. We wanted this cleared out, because we wanted to clean our clothes, and it was impossible to reach the hotel admin. I sent a message via hotels.com app, and I rang a video doorcam in the hallway, neither worked. Also, a door handle came loose and the toilet seat was also loose. This place is poorly managed "
