"Fabulous property. Location is fantastic in quiet Ribeira Grande. Easy to get to all parts of Sao Miguel. My only advice is that if you come for the outdoor pool, it is very cold, and days with sun are elusive."

"L’hôtel est incroyable. Toute les chambres ont vue sur la ville et l’océan. Le spa était tellement agréable. Piscine et bains à remous chauffés. Spa sec et spa humide, douche froide et piscine extérieur. Tout y était pour la détente. Le restaurant était très bien. Nous avons bien mangé et surtout le service était impeccable. Le buffet déjeuner inclus était très bien aussi. Assez de choix variés, céréales, bol yogourt a garnir, fruits frais, viande froide, fromages, œuf et omelette, bacon,...

"The hotel felt very personal and almost like I was in a paradise. The staff was always friendly and helpful, no matter what we needed they were always able to accommodate. What I really enjoyed was the thermal pools, it made the entire hotel feel more in nature, additionally they were never stingy with their towels unlike some hotels that put a limit on you. Overall great location and amazing experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a paradise getaway. Looking forward to coming back...

"The beach view was great as was the breakfast. Hotel offers few amenities such as in-room coffee and you must pay for coffee in the lobby. Hallways were very clean"
