"This is a super cute hotel. "No frills" isn't the correct term for it, it's the highest tier hotel, but I felt very cozy there. The rooms are small but extremely comfortable. There was housekeeping daily, there was entertainment (pool table and games) at the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet very close to the Norfolk outlets."

"Bedroom was clean and roomy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rest of the hotel was very dirty and hot. Floors were covered with dead bugs and dirt. No ac was running in the lobby or hallways. Bathroom toilet had problems flushing. Refrigerator was not cold. Walls were paper thin and guests were loud and rowdy. The pool area and gym was like a zoo. "
