"This hotel is perfectly placed for the centre of Norwich, a stones throw from the market and Norwich Lanes. The staff were all cheerful, welcoming and extremely helpful. The food - excellent, value for money and beautifully presented. The only difficulty we experienced was in locating the car park at the rear of the hotel. However, popping into reception and they put us right."

"They upgraded us to a fabulous suite but it was too big for us and we didn’t like it so they offered us a preferable smaller room with good grace and humour! Everyone was so lovely and helpful. Brilliant to have a private car park right in the middle of town. Didn’t try the restaurant but would definitely stay there again."
