"Upon checkin, manager confirmed our room was clean and inspected. We then found a left over spoon under the bedroom air conditioner, and yellow rag behind the same room’s tv stand/dresser. This is all after the initial must smell of our room. We booked this room expecting the pools and hot tub were functional, except we see both are drained and a City “Closed” sign because of missing parts (not what we paid for). They also over charged us, as they charged us $60 incidentals at check in and then...

"The room was filthy. We were traveling with children and didn't feel comfortable putting them on the floor. The bathtub was also dirty. It turned into a stand-up bath for the little ones. We will never visit this hotel again"

"The room was missing a bedside lamp. No kleenex in the holder, the batteries needed to be changed in the TV remote and the elevator never was cleaned. The breakfast was barely edible and the pool was empty. It’s not really close to the airport and I do not in good conscience believe I could recommend this property to anyone"

"When we got there, checked into 102, I walked in smelled stale cigarette smoke covered up by air freshener & immediately walked out. My husband has severe asthma & there's no way he was safe. At the desk, she wasn't unable to move us cause booked through Expedia but she was able to reach the supervisor who moved us to a perfect room 116. The room was comfortable & felt fancy. The sheets were so so so soft. I never heard any noise from the hallway or outside & you control the AC & I love cold....
