We asked for a refund and was told there was nothing they could do for us and had to deal with Expedia our booking agent. So we left. All this within the...

"There were two TVs in our suite, which was a surprise. The shower was nice. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, friendly staff. Decent breakfast."

"Parking is easy. Air conditioning is weak, took 2 hours to cool down the room while outdoor temp is about 83F. Toilet is clean. Microwave and refrigerator were dirty and sticky. Shower has mold and loose paints. I do expect a old and outdated facility but wish it can be cleaner. I paid in full thru Expedia while reserving the room. But the boy insist me to pay $0.61 because Expedia under pay them. This is really new to me. I didn't want to argue for just $0.61 and paid it."
