"Clean room but shampoo dispenser had fallen off wall and wasn’t repaired and one line of grout in the shower was mildew so either needed to be cleaned better or replaced grout. Other than that great experience."

"Great check-in and check-out processes. Staff was professional throughout and Jamie was great during the check-in process. The property is in a convenient location near restaurants and shops. I was there with family and the room was nicely appointed, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds and quiet. "

"This was the 3rd time staying here and I love the service that Mel provides. She has great recommendations and I always feel safe here. It's nearby many shops, a couple casinos, and not that far from some great basketball games. Will definately stay here when I'm in Norman again. "

"The room wasn’t clean. It was ran down. The beds were advertised as queen, but they were much smaller. We were told breakfast started at six, but it wasn’t ready until well after seven won’t be back. Then when the breakfast was prepared, it was disgusting. "

"I would not recommend this place. I'll skip disparaging the staff too much. Suffice it to say this is a job they don't particularly care about having. The building clearly is a remodeled nursing home. It's very dingy and depressing in the rooms. We went out for the breakfast in the morning (over an hour before breakfast ends) to find everything empty and no staff attending it. I couldn't wait to leave."

"I paid for a hotel room online with my virtual card due to my card and wallet being stolen. I had nowhere to stay. I had already got this room in advance and they wanted me to show the card. I didn’t have the card. I asked them if I could give them any other proof and they said no so I paid that money and I still didn’t have anywhere to stay got stuck out there had to find a different hotel room didn’t have the funds on my card anymore because they already got taken out. "
