"Friendly staff and comfortable room in a great location, only blemish was the paper-thin flooring separating us from the guests directly above. When the footsteps stopped thumping, we could hear their conversation quite clearly. The restaurant gave us a good meal at a reasonable price and the front desk crew could not have been more welcoming."

"Location was ideal for me as i needed to stay near family.
Although there is nothing near by apart from Starbucks, Costa, KFC 10 mins away.
The rooms were ok, bedding was clean Although underneath the beds was not.
I found not nice things in there, like chewing gum, cigarette papers, French fries.
I only used the rooms to sleep and shower.
The main issue for me was the window latches were missing or very loose and i did not feel safe while sleeping. The windows are not double glazed.

"The room was clean and spacious for the price we paid. There has been a bit of a refresh done within the last couple of years which is nice.
Over the last two visits I've had it feels like the quality of the breakfast has slipped a bit though which is a shame."

"Staff are super friendly and helpful. I like the fact that the accessible rooms have a walk in shower opposed to climbing into a lowered bath, which some similar priced hotels nearby have. The location is convenient to where my family live, and away from the city centre, but adjacent to the showground, so depending upon which activities people wish to access, may impact customers choosing this venue."
