We were in the annex room, Manton. The room was small but had a nice balcony overlooking Rutland water. The bathroom had a spa bath and Japanese toilet which was nice. Nice stay with good facilities. Staff are friendly. Spa facilities were being used for an infant class swimming lesson which made it very busy and not relaxing
