"Very well laid out property and very clean. Felt very comfortable here and the bathroom was exceptionally well taken care of. I highly recommend staying here. Great location for exploring the town. We brought our bikes and this was a great launching point. The hot tub was clean and we used it a couple of nights."

"We had a great stay here. It was a last minute booking and they accomidated us very well the place was clean and laundry on site was nice too "

"Loved this property! So vintage Florida..not the new high rises commercial feel. Beautiful, quiet, nice and shady. Giant outdoor chess set was so fun. Loved this beachside stay and will definitely be back!! "

"Good place for a nature lover. Good management. Only discomfort was a minor water leakage in the bathroom. Business channel was not provided in the cable TV. Insect repellant is a must to carry with the guest."

"This is my third time staying here and I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve stayed here twice during the summer and once during the fall. The rooms are super cozy. The room is always so clean and smells great. It’s close enough to downtown and Arcadia National Park. When in the room you can’t hear the traffic. Hanscom’s is definitely a diamond in the rough. I also have to say Isis who works at the property is always super nice and fast with responding if you email her. "
